Refund Policy for Job Guarantee Programs
- Attendance Requirement:
- Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 90% throughout the duration of the Job Guarantee Program to be eligible for the refund.
- Eligibility Period:
- The refund eligibility period begins three months after the completion of the Job Guarantee Program.
- Placement Guarantee:
- KAE Education guarantees job placement for students who successfully complete the Job Guarantee Program.
- Refund Conditions:
- If a student is unable to secure employment within three months after completing the program, they are eligible for a full refund of the course fees.
- Refund Process:
- To initiate the refund process, students must submit a formal request to the KAE Education administration team.
- The request must include documentation confirming the student’s completion of the program and efforts made to secure employment.
- Review Process:
- Upon receiving the refund request, KAE Education will conduct a review to verify the student’s eligibility and adherence to the attendance requirements.
- Once the review process is complete and eligibility is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 7 days of timeframe.
- Refund Amount:
- The refund amount will be equal to the total course fees paid by the student.
- Refund Disbursement:
- Refunds will be disbursed using the original payment method used for the course enrollment.
- It may take up to a specified period for the refunded amount to reflect in the student’s account, depending on the payment provider’s processing time.
- Policy Updates:
- KAE Education reserves the right to update or modify the refund policy at any time without prior notice. Students will be notified of any changes to the policy via email or through the KAE Education website.

- Refund Eligibility:

- Non-Refundable Fees:
